PWRher'd is a program created by VCPM, Inc. which is a for-profit Woman of Color owned-business.  Paying it forward is important here as this is a purpose-driven program in which a portion of our profit will go towards local charities selected by and with each partnering road race we collaborate with.  It's important to us to give back to the communities we work with well beyond race day.

This is not 1:1 coaching but rather a comprehensive version of group online training for road race events.

No we don't just coach women.  We're powered by women experts but we coach all adults: men, women, non-binary - all are welcomed here.

We coach people from all walks of life and apply our Cultured Coaching to benefit all backgrounds.

Our program is completely online to reach your broader racer audience but there are options to be a part of your race weekend i.e. expo, shakeout run, panelists, cheer zone, post-run event, etc.

This is for Road Races that: 

• want to see change but don't know how to create it.   
• are in tune with the larger run community who is demanding industry change and they want to be at the forefront.  
• care how participants are adequately prepared, supported and equipped to reach their starting lines.  
• want to support their racers months prior instead of just one day.  
• ideally are in the mid-size range who want to utilize run coaching to transform their race.  
• prioritize DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging).  
• want to ensure full inclusivity so everyone feels welcomed by using a diverse group of experts that represent industry change.

This is NOT for road races who just want an "add to cart" coaching program at registration check out.  This is NOT for road races who are not ready to partake in a financially committed partnership.  This is NOT for road races who aren't ready to provide their racers with the tools and knowledge to drastically increase their chances of an optimal race day experience. 

Inclusive means including everyone especially: allowing and accommodating people who have historically been excluded (as because of their race, gender, sexuality, or ability).  Excellence means the quality of being outstanding or extremely good.  Therefore "Inclusive Excellence" means we are utilizing our outstanding game-changing coaches so that your road race can be welcoming to all.
